       The power of UVLED curing lamp generally needs to meet the requirements of 80~120W/cm, but the greater 

the power, the greater the heat, so the power should be selected according to the cured product and curing speed. 

The maximum life of the UV curing lamp is generally 800 to 1000 hours, and it should be replaced when it reaches 

it, because the intensity of the ultraviolet light emitted by the UV curing lamp at this time will become weaker, which 

will affect the curing effect. At the same time, it is recommended to clean the surface of the lamp tube and the 

reflector plate on the surface of the reflector with absolute ethanol at an appropriate time according to the production 

environment (the amount of dust in the air) during the use period, and then turn the UV curing lamp 90°. This is 

beneficial for all the UV rays to be effectively radiated to the UV ink or varnish, ensuring a certain penetration.
